If you have the MS Plugin that lets you view Word Docs in the browser, =
then it won't download either.  A good failsafe is to have "Right-click to =
download" near the link.  Right Click -> Save As...

Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone could help me with a basic problem.
I want to put a file on the server that people viewing my site could
download.
At the moment it is a word document but it might need to be zipped.
I tried <.a href=3D"myarticle.doc">Download<./a> but it doesn't seem to be
working
properly.
