I would suggest you consider the location of your registrar in case you get
involved in a 'debate'. If you just want a cheep, legit registrar, there is
always joker.com (Germany). totalnic.net is in Australia. Alldomains.net is
in USA (California). I make my choice based on the total picture (esp.
services and promptness of response) rather than trying to save a few bucks.
Alldomains is a good company and, though I am not a client of theirs, I know
some who are and they seem to be very happy - especially with their many
fringe services.
