A quality product is available from Open Market called ShopSite. Read
all about it at
http://www.openmarket.com

ShopSite is available in several versions depending on the size of store
you are building.
All ShopSite programs DO NOT REQUIRE COOKIES.

I am not affiliated with them in any way, nor do I currently use their
software, however; I have been researching shopping carts for a large
project and this one looks very interesting.
