The following info should help even though it is coming from a Brit:-)
I use third party processors www.revecom.com and I have found them to be
excellent
They have online and off processing in any currency and you can even use
their resources to process phone orders
Only US$49 process fee charge 3% (approx) and pay twice a month directly
into account
I have found them to be excellent
This recommendation is based purely on the quality of the service as I am
not an affiliate or in any way involved with them apart from being a
satisfied customer. I also have 3 clients of mine placed with them
