If you actually sit down and think about it, there is absolutely nothing
wrong with Spam! The simple concept of direct mail has been going on for
years. You sign up for something, and next thing you know you are getting a
mail box full of creative flyers, brochures and postcards. Do you ever once
stop to think of how many trees it takes 1,000 business to produce a 100,000
recipient direct postal mailing? What about the land fill space after those
100,000,000 mailings? Now look at the dreaded "Spam" It takes a matter of
a couple seconds to click the send button, maybe a couple minutes to send
those100,000,000 flyers. Now each recipient, has the choicen to read it or
throw it away? If they choose to throw it away, where is the waste? Where
is the expense? The Internet was formed, to allow people to communicate
more effectively, and I feel not only did it do that, but it can be a
tremendous resource for our future!

Don't get me wrong - I am not a tree hugger, I have a four year old son!
I know I will not be here for ever, but he has at least another 80-90 years
here! With the rate we are going, what does he have to look forward to!
