Hello - Perhaps you haven't looked closely at Ivan's web site.
He is a lawyer with a specialty of internet related law.  This is a very
important field, important to all internet designers, integrators, and web
consultants in general.  He has several articles of specific interest to
most of us - copyrighting, trademarks, "work for hire"....

I recommend you take another look.
