International copyright violations

Hello list,

    I've come accross a problem tonight that I'm not too sure how to handle.

    My web site is at http://www.d3web.com.  Tonight I was checking my
search engine rankings and came accross a site located at
http://d3design.cjb.net/.  Notice the blue seperator bar, background graphic
and, most importantly, the logo.  This person stole my business identity and
hand made graphics.  If this were a company in the USA I'd know what to do
but they are located in Brazil.

    Please, does anyone have any idea what I am able to do about this?  I
already sent them an e-mail telling them to stop but what else can I do?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
