Here is one registrar I will NEVER use and warn others accordingly.

Several months ago I acquired a new client for whom I was going to provide
site development and hosting.  His previous hosting company had registered
the domain name using themselves as all contacts.  To make a VERY LONG story
short, for 2 weeks I exchanged emails with support about changing the
contact and DNS...  I did everything which was asked, but I was unable to
correct the contacts, or nameservers.

I finally asked Dotster Support for the "written/snail mail" procedure to
submit the modifications.  I never received a reply - despite 3 additional
email requests.  I guess they just got tired of me.  By the way, there is no
way to contact them by phone.

Understandably, my client's patience was exhausted after 4 weeks of this
CRAP, and went back with his old provider...
