5 years ago you might have made a case for the yellow pages.

This is today. this is the Internet.

Yellow page marketing has seen it's day
One of the first things they do is ask you to ask your customers how they
heard about you.

the phone book. the yellow pages.
a self fulfilling prophecy.

One of the reasons against the yellow pages is that you are right next to
your competition.
they get a busy signal at your number......
click .
next number.

If you work in cyberspace, you need to advertise online.
If your product needs to be seen and touched or have a brick and mortar
store....
maybe...... bold the print on your name.
if you have a website maybe the URL.
(See the self fulfilling prophecy above)

dollar for dollar your biggest bang for the buck is on the web.

we got yer name
we got yer map
we got yer product
we are open when you are sleeping
we don't need dental, health, or vacation.

If we mispell your name or your Phone Number we can fix it with a couple of
keystrokes.
You don't wait for a year, nor do we fight you for six months saying it's
not our fault.
