Matt,

I know others will suggest other companies, but I've switched my domains to
000domains (www.000domains.com), a Tucows affiliate. I really like their
ease of use, and the ONE time I needed customer service, I sent an email to
them and got a response within a couple hours. I would suggest you look at
what they offer to see if they'll fit your needs.
