I believe the same way as Michael,
There is alot more at rish. I currently have made a verbal partnership with
a rather large web design company in MInneapolis MN, to take all jobs that I
can't or wouldn't be able to handle. The bigger ones. Now I am getting
scared to the fact that not only might he gest the business, by telling them
over the phone he would do it then relaying it to be that they didn't close,
how would i know if they did. Also what if the company comes after me, AFTER
he does the work! Thats right, He does the work and my butt gets busted...
The way I would like my company to do business is somewhat like this but I
have made plans to have contract out on his part and any partner on Monday,
2 days from now..
