Project management for web design firm

Hi,
I'm researching software my company can use for
project management and I'd like to see what software
others on this group is using.

We've been using a Filemaker-based program called
Timeshark which is great for recording time and
details on projects, but doesn't get delve into
Project management. We need something for scheduling,
summarizing task management, creating to do lists for
staff, time tracking, etc. Something that is built for
a creative shop. We're not interested in something
like Microsoft Project.

It needs to be compatible for macs and pcs.

Any suggestions?
