Read "The Independent Subcontractor Agreement" on my site. Click on
"Articles for Web Site Designers and Site Owners." There are a significant
number of legal and financial issues presented by this arrangement and
without an appropriate agreement, the subcontractor may find him/herself
giving away far, far too much.
