Business name and URL theft in the Search Engines

Hi all,
I don't know if you've heard yet, but you should do a search on your
business name or URL in one or more of the search engines (particularly
infoseek.com or any search engine that has a page translation service); if
a page comes up for Groundswell (any related domain), press "translate this
page". Groundswell is using cloaked pages to divert traffic from other
developers sites to their site. Please report your findings, if positive,
to the search engine administrators and send a kind word to Groundswell
about their tactics.
