Read "The Non-Disclosure Agreement" on my site.  Click on "Articles About
Being an Entrepreneur."  

Keep in mind that "non-compete" agreements are often unenforceable in some
states.  

And if you are using subcontractors, you should also have a valid, written
and signed agreement with them and it should include appropriate provisions
re: confidentiality etc.  Read "The Independent Subcontractor Agreement" on
