Software for Imaging the HD for backup

Someone mentioned losing their HD and spending hours reloading everything
and whether there was a program that would take an image of the HD in
case such a thing happened again.

At the time I just couldn't remember what the programs name was and then it
just came to me unfortunately I'd already deleted the email but I believe the
program you want to look into is called Norton Ghost from 
http://www.symantec.com/sabu/ghost/index.html then select home or business use
the line of text just under where it says Product info, I mention this 
because it actually
doesn't look like a link but it is an will take you to the actual product info.
