I am a true believer in David Siegel's book.
Unfortunately, his site does not follow any of his advice. Read the site,
some of the book is contained there, but the site itself is not a good
model. <yuck> Buy the book. I recommend it to all of my clients as a
starting point in the strategic planning process.
I can't stress how disappointing his website is after reading the book.
