Proposals

Hello all-

I was wondering if anyone out there has any information about creating 
formal proposals.  I have created a few sites through JEV Enterprises, and 
more through the companies I have worked at for my day jobs, and this is 
the first time this has come up.  We are creating basically a brochureware 
site for a company, and they want us to give them a proposal for a much 
larger catalog type site.

Obviously, we want to do this right. *g*  What types of things do you put 
in the proposals?  What types of formats do you use?  Anything I should 
watch out for?  Any other ideas?  Thanks in advance for any help.
