Thanks (was Discounts for Guarantee of Work)

I want to say thank you to all who responded to my question regarding 
discounts for guaranteed work, both privately and on the list.

My client and I agreed to terms, those terms being the same ones I offer my 
independent sales rep. The sales rep gets commission, obviously, while this 
client will instead receive a discount. 10% for projects under X amount, 
15% for projects X amount and over. I asked that she sign contracts up 
front for the 2 sites that will be built from the ground up, both of which 
I had previously quoted.

This works out well for both of us.
