I'm not a list guide, but I'm aware of the list policies.  This question most 
likely breaks the rules.  The question you want to ask is "Where can I find a 
survey of industry wages?"  I'm not sure of the right answer, but within a 
few phone calls locally, you'll likely find the answer.  I'd call local 
high-tech recruiters or temp agencies.

As for finding the information on the wages survey online.... Here's what the 
hwg.org site reports on "pricing" which includes wages:

"The HTML Writers Guild will not suggest or recommend fees/prices/wages, and 
is not involved in price-fixing in any manner."
