Breaking Down a Bid

Hi;
My business has *finally* evolved to the point where I will have to be 
hiring outside help (yay! I think...). Now, I can't afford to just throw 
quotes together: I need to price things out intelligently and item-by-item. 
Without revealing what you charge, I'd like to ask you list subscribers to 
share with me/us how you break down your fee schedule and how much time you 
allot for various aspects of your work (i.e., so many minutes to crop a 
jpg, size it and add a drop shadow, etc.) inasmuch as you are able.
