Well there certainly seem to be some "stories" there that would make you
wonder but I can only speak for myself.

The only money that ever goes into my paypal account is what is paid in by
my clients and as soon as it's deposited, I transfer it to my bank account
in Australia.

When I first signed up, I had questions that weren't covered on their site
and I emailed them several times. They replied almost immediately or at
least within 24 hours and my questions were all answered thoroughly.

I made a point of opening a special account here specifically for payments
received into my paypal account and the card that is attached to that
account can't be used for purchasing which stops *me* from having a credit
card facility and spending like a mad woman LOL.

I'm probably not your average/typical paypal customer but I guess you can
only judge a company by the way they've treated you and this is the first
bad thing I've ever heard about them.

I'd be very interested in hearing the other side of the coin from some HWG
members tho.

Kym
