Hello, Business List Members:

This thread needs to come to an end and now.  Using the Guild's list to 
insinuate illegal or unethical activity by another person or company by 
name is not acceptable per the Actionable Rules:

To avoid involvement in any litigation due to libel and slander suits the 
HWG Lists simply cannot be used to air problems of this nature.   This 
includes accusations of illegal and unethical activity.  Whether the party 
at hand is guilty or not is irrelevant, nor is this the forum to make that 
determination.

If you would like to continue with a discussion about what to do when Web 
sites are copied or stolen or borrowed you may NOT mention specific company 
names or list URLs.  Describe the situation only!
