Need a critique please

Hi all,

Just finished doing a new site for myself and need in-depth feedback.  I had
a heck of a time with the stylesheet (my first step into css!) and nearly
pulled out all of my hair.  I can test it on a pc on IE 5.5 and NN 4.77 and
Opera 5.12, so other platforms and browsers are needed.  I can't get my NN 6
to work for some reason (keeps locking up, even though I got a new copy).

If you please, I need to know:
download times (shouldn't be too bad)
that MENU thingy (if you can send screen shots if the menu is seriously out
of whack, I'd appreciate it)
overall  feel and consistency

For those on IE, I really need to know if the right side frame thingy (I
gotta learn the terminology here) works well, if you like it, etc.

For those on NN, I haven't done the NN portfolio yet, sorry.

Otherwise, anything you can think of that I can improve upon, I'd be mightly
glad to hear of it.
