new college pages

Hi,

SUNY Fredonia recently commissioned (elsewhere) to have some pages done.
I've been enlisted and busy in preparing the pages for actual use on the
college website. We're supposed to go live on Sunday/Monday; tomorrow,
essentially.

I'm also working on some image problems I noted (more visible at 640x480
than at high resolutions, which render them subtle). But it would be helpful
to get comments from this list on any aspect of the site so that we can note
problems and correct them.

Please, if you would, take a look at

and provide a critical response.

I did not create these pages but I am primarily responsible at present for
making any changes on them. I certainly won't be re-designing them
completely any time soon but would appreciate any comments in any area.
