Brian,

I agree that the site is way too cold, you need to change the colors to a
different shade of blue, that is a definite must. Also, the buttons are a
bit boring, try to put a little bit of pizzazz into them.
For speed, I'm on a cable modem and some pages loaded pretty slowly, which
was a bit disturbing, the "About Us" page being the worst. As for the
images there, maybe put a name below? Visitors will have NO idea where
they're going by the mini thumbnails you've placed, without some sort of
text clue, and make the ALT tags comprehensible, right now they make no
sense.
The brackets on your bottom nav bar don't work well with the site, neither
does the bottom nav bar, think about changing it around. It needs something
different done to it.
Web Services & Support: BIG TABLE PROBLEMS! I'm on 800x600 and it scrolls
horizontally, which is THE WORST thing that can happen on a web site. If
you do nothing else, FIX THIS!!
Overall, the site isn't totally horrible, but needs a LOT of work before it
can compete with the rest of the hosting sites out there. You need to get
the attention of your visitors, not make it seem cold and lull them to
sleep. These kind of sites really NEED a bit of oomph to them, as they are
(admit it everyone) more about look then content. You can see the same
content at 60000 different webhosting sites and be bored stiff, so you need
to compete with looks and price, or get outta the biz man!
Now, on the domainnameservers.net <directed kinda toward Mike>. Did you
ever think that maybe the company transferred? Did you look at the
domainnameservers.net webpage? If you would have, you'd have seen that it
is no longer open to the public. Putting two and two together, it would
seem as if this new site moved from the old, doesn't it? Who knows, I could
be totally wrong <although I doubt it>

honestly... I don't like the feel of your site.... very cold. Also big
gap between the content on your main page and the hyper links on the
bottom... I'm on a Mac... are PC users seeing this too? Lastly... just
wondering... If you are a Web Hosting Company... Why is
domainnameservers.net your Tech Contact and doing your DNS?

Mike
