critique request-small commercial site

Hello,

I work for a small software company and would really appreciate critiques of
our current site.  We are currently working toward a complete redesign, and
I am particularly interested in comments on the labels, navigation system,
and how the site is structured.  Any other thoughts are welcome as well.

(I am also taking the HWG Practical Web Management class, and the requesting
a critique is part of our project, so I am grateful for any responses).
