Definitely leave them as is.  It lends an air of authenticity to the quotes.
We all know that, despite our best efforts, not all of our posts are a model
of grammatical perfection.

I'm something of a minimalist, so I like the look.

Overall, I think the site looks great.  You can see seams around your
navigation graphics, you might want to try them as transparent GIF's instead
of JPEG's.  Also, you can keep them if you decide to change your background
image.

I run my display at a pretty high resolution, and the text on the message
board was a little bit small, but this is probably fine at 800x600 and is ok
when I set my fonts to largest.

On a personal note, I used to date a woman with hypoglycemia, and I wish I
had a resource like this to help me understand what she was going through.
