critique-small commercial site

Hello,

I would appreciate a critique of our my company's current website.  We are
getting ready to re-design the entire site, so I am interested in knowing
what about the site is worth keeping, and what should be axed.  I would
particularly like information regarding how intuitive the navigation is, and
if the functions of the different areas of the site are clear.
