The site looked fine on my end:
Windows 98
17" Monitor
600X800 Resolution
16 high colour setting
Font Size: Small (Which is fine at this resolution)
Cable Connection

You know what! Any problems with someone running 1280X1024 will be about
1/2 percent of the visitors if that. Not even that!

Those viewing with a 21" Monitor will be the same as above, very few!

True Colour 32 bit? Ya right!

The vast majority are at 600X800, likely on 15" monitors, running small
fonts and (help me out here) and there you have it! Looks good on this end
dude!

Unless you are designing for people with super vision and huge equipment,
you are doing just fine! Play to the masses friend.

Sincerely
Rob Mellor
