David,

Your redirect on the opening page seems to work (IE4, Win98), but my
question is, why have it?  You force the user to load the page, which they
really don't get anything out of, then take them to the information.  I know
that there are different opinions on this list, but I feel like people on
the web want info, and you should take them straight to it.

Your menu at the top is not working for me.  What are you trying to do with
it?  Just mouseover effects, or are you trying to do a drop down list?  I'm
a little confused.  I would say that if you're doing heavy JavaScript, be
sure to test it in older browsers to see how it will react.
