Sorry about the double email to the list this morning, for some reason it
was very delayed. My naughty sendmail.

Anyway, I'm continuing with the development of the US Water Guardian site
and have come to an impass with ourselves and the client. Both of us can't
decide whether or not to use a background. I rarely do unless it's a border,
but with this site I'm curious.

Would you kind folks take a look at the site and let me know what you think
about the background or no background concept. I have 3 different
backgrounds in use on three of the pages. The rest of the pages don't have
any background. You probably can't see the background at all in 800x600 or
less, because the 760 pixel wide table is still white, but I would assume
that most Web design people have large monitors at high resolution, anyway.
Tell me what you think, please.
