New Site

I only have the framework for the pages.  The client uses IE3 and Netscape3.
14inch monitor.  They don't want to spend a lot of money.  I would
appreciate opinions on the "feel" and if you think it will do the job.
Listings will go into tables and I need to make it easy for updates.  Thanks
much. Any input will be appreciated.
