Personal Website Critique

Hello there!

I'm new to the list and the guild, but I'm always interested in feedback and
in developing my HTML skills. Currently, I run a mid-sized personal site and
I've recently started using frames and CSS. I was hoping that someone could
go there and give me an opinion and feedback. I'm curious to know how the
site looks on different monitors, resolution types etc.

I already know that the text looks lousy in Netscape because Netscape
ignores some of the Css tags I'm using, so I would be interested in knowing
what could help improve its look in Netscape.

Any and all feedback and suggestions would be wonderful!

The URL is http://www.jaggededge.pair.com/preview -- not all of the links
work yet because this is just a preview/sample of how I want the site to
look.
