The background 'works' but personally I thought the page color alone was
prettier than the rough background image.

In 600 X 800 the fonts looked okay, but I would venture a guess they are too
big in 640 x 480 res.

The frames 'work'.  It's nice to have the link to no frames.  If you are
going to have a page of resource links in a framed site, it would be nice to
put the URL on the page with the links so that your site visitors can jot
down a site address to add to their bookmarks or favorites later.

In general, I thought the site was a little 'rough' looking.  For the nature
of the subject matter would you consider having a bit more of a 'soothing'
or 'welcoming' approach?

Also, there's an image file not found at the bottom of all the main content
pages.
