Re: Please critique

I went and looked at it with Netscape 4 and no the bands do not show up.
This happened to me one time.  Except I would see the bands in Netscape
rather than IE.  I do not know if it will help you but what I had to do was
make the background "longer".  I stretched it to I think 1200? pixels.  That
solved the prob for me.  I was using tables also.  Good luck.
