Hello David,

Since you claim to be new to this, you'll know that this is not personal
<G>!  The site is typical of the drivel that businesses presents on the web.

Every page is crunched up into the left portion of the page..very tacky.
This forces me to scroll down when there isn't enough content on the page to
really warrant such action.  Move the "Rainbow graphic" to the Translation
page where it has relevance

The background color has been set, but the text color remains at its
default..a bad design practice.

HTML is abused, as though it were a design specification rather than a
structural markup tool, throughout this poorly described set of documents.
Obtain a copy of the "HTML 4.0 specification" [ http://www.w3.org/ ] and
have a look at "2. Introduction to HTML 4.0".
