Hi,

What you have there looks like a good start, but I couldn't find much in the
way of content, and I'm not sure exactly what you have planned. Anyway here
are my comments for what I did find....

I liked the navbar on the left with the mouseover. The effect worked nicely
in IE 4.0 but NN 4.04 didn't change the text colour on hover - I believe
that is a known bug.

Structure and navigation good and clear. I don't usually like frames, but I
had no problem with yours.

Personally I would lose the Internet Exploder logo - as a programmer you
should be well able to design a site that can cope with different browsers.
I would also remove one of the two rather large counters on the main page
(one per frame).

I found your live links (bright blue) hard to read against the black
background. The visited links (dark green?) were almost impossible to see at
all. The bright green text against black was OK, reminded me of computing in
the old days!! If you plan to put programming advice out there, you should
make it easy for people to read on-screen, and probably print out. Ideally
that would be black text on a light background.

I'd also reconsider your text on the main page: most people already know
what a navbar is for, perhaps you could have something about the content
instead?
