I like the basic layout and color scheme. It's simple and effective, IMO.
There are just three small things I'd change.

1. I'd stick to color safe colors. #7f7f7f is not one. (I know, it's
nitpicking)
2. I'd use a typestyle designed for electronic viewing.. maybe Verdana over
the Arial.
3. I'd lose the Comic Sans in favor of anything..... just about anything
else. ;-)

Color safe colors are combinations of 00, 33, 66, 99, CC, and FF in hex and
00, 51, 102, 153, 204, and 255 in decimal for the RedGreenBlue components.

Overall, I like the nice start, here.
