Request for Critique

Ok guys keep one thing in mind this is a very new site, and still rather
early in its development.  However I feel I have reached a point that I
think I can put it up for some review.  Several of the pages are not
finished yet, but  I am looking at design element more then content.

This is a Church Website so be warned the content is religious in nature.
