There seems to be several problems with this site rendering in Netscape as
well as MSIE.

At higher resolutions the menu buttons show as two columns with "about us",
"panel mediators" and "contact us" on one side and other three on the other.

The onmouseovers also don't work using Netscape 4.7. I suspect that you
might have cut and pasted the code incorrectly in an editor. Look at lines
such as:

 <img src="images/bigaboutbar1.gif" height="38" width="160" border=0
start="mouseover"
onmouseout="src=&quot;images/bigaboutbar1.gif&quot;; return true"

and notice that the quote marks are rendered as &quot; instead of as
quotation marks. This seems to be a problem throughout the site. MSIE is
pretty forgiving.

Also, as Bob mentioned, the bottom button in the index page is not aligned
correctly.

I agree with Bob in that the splash page seems pretty useless. Why is it
there? How does it contribute?

The font family seems to be a font style designed and hinted for the print
medium like Arial or Helvetica, instead of a typestyle designed for
electronic viewing like Verdana.

You're missing alt tags most everywhere.

The page fails to validate to the doctype that you chose, and correcting
this would have fixed much of the above problems.

Also, your CSS fails to validate as proper CSS with five errors and 14
warnings.

Consider using text navigation at the bottom so that people surfing with
images off, can navigate the site and to make it easier for search engines
to index the site. I'm not sure, but would guess that some engines might
have a tough time with that JavaScript.

Overall, I liked the color combinations and layout, but am not overly fond
of buttons that look like ... well, beveled buttons. They are pretty clich�
on the Web, IMO. Take a look at it in Netscape. It should be easy to fix
most of this and have a pretty nice site.
