Sugar Techno Site

Hello! I've been working on a sugar technologists' site for the last =
eight months - logging around 1100 visits in this time. The organization =
is hosting the world's largest sugar cane conference next February - and =
so much of the site is devoted to information on this event. The site =
has been critiqued before by ZDU, after which I made some design =
changes, including reducing the main contents of the home page to a =
single 800x600 screen, with ad banners below the fold. There is as yet =
no financial backing for this site.

I'd like feedback on the look, feel and features of the site, on the use =
of different colour sets for inside pages, and also on the use of =
alternative URLs. Please note I use British spellings.
