I don't get it... You offer a tutorial on how to use css instead of tables
for placement on the page. Yet, looking at your source code, the only css
addresses link color; you use tables for general layout, the deprecated
CENTER  tag, spacer gifs to make margins....

I would assume that on  tutorial page, readers are going to look and see how
*you* do it.

It loads *extremely* slowly on my 56k modem, as mentioned. But it's a clever
use of frames.
