  The page loaded in less than 30 seconds.  I would not be turned off by
this load time (I have a 56k connection).

  I have IE 4 and had no compatibility problems. I like the layout, found
navigation fairly simple also.

The color scheme is nice and as I am reviewing this at 2 am, my eyes
appreciate it also. :-)  One thing, You have an email link that is black on
the green background. If you wanted to keep it black, I would suggest it be
in bold.

Overall good job.

Thank you to all who recently critiques http://www.hmainspect.com

I have made many changes thanks to the suggestions I received from this
group, and I would like to see what you think now.  I am looking for:

1. browser compatibility (including just the general look and feel in
various browsers). This site has been tested with NN4 and IE3.

2. load speed (some graphics are a little slow, but are they slow enough
to turn you off)

3. general layout issues

4. anything else you notice
