Hi Ray, I liked the site. It's a nice clean layout. There's just a few
things that I might suggest, if I could.

1. I'd lose the all bold text. There's no reason to emphasize everything.

2. I'd change from arial to verdana. Arial was designed and hinted for the
print medium while Verdana and some others are designed and hinted for
electronic viewing.

3. I'd pay a little closer attention, in the future, to the drop shadows on
the images. They look to be different heights, spreads, and other settings
from each other. No big deal. ;-)

4. Consider moving to CSS rather than using depreciated tags like "Font",
though be careful to not alienate Netscape too badly.

5. hspace of 40 around some images is excessive, IMO. Also the space before
the main text is excessive. Ease it down a bit.. Kill the all bold and too
much space look. Same with the excessive cell padding of 15 pixels in the
table. There's just no need for all that.

6. I'd lose the counter and the copyright notice. Layout and HTML aren't
copyrightable, anyway. If you really want it, comment it in your code. Your
text and images are copyrighted upon publishing, without that notice, which,
IMO, is a bit ostentatious and pretentious... same with the counter. If you
get a few thousand hits a day, you don't need to show it off. The site
speaks for itself. If you don't get that, why would you want people to see?
You mention that you have server logs, so you don't need an inaccurate
counter for yourself. If you absolutely really want an off-site counter, at
least make it invisible or use a size of 1x1 on it.

In validating the index page, there were 13 HTML errors, but they were
mostly in the counter and search code which you got from somewhere else.
What little CSS there was, validated just fine. While the rest of the site
seems to validate, the point is that you should consider removing that W3C
Validation Logo on the Misc page which seems to designate that the whole
site validates with zero errors or fix the index page. www.w3c.org

Overall, I liked the site as far as layout, navigation and content. I had a
lot of fun looking around at all the pages. I'd just tone down the all bold,
over spaced look, and unneeded extras.

These suggestions are all just my opinion, so take them with a grain of
salt. The important thing is to have fun. I did browsing it. Thanks.
