Hi,

I think your site looks too bunched up and confusing to follow. Maybe you
should use some more white space. Your navigation bar isn't defined very
clearly. It is hard to tell the nav. bar from the content. I think you
should consider using tables around your search feature on the right side of
the screen. The tables used for your survey would look great there.

The background color on some of the link pages don't really match. Maybe you
should consider using different colors.
