I'll agree here with tom,
    I know on my server everything has to be lower case otherwise it won't
show up in some browsers or it wont' appear correctly. FTP into you account
and make sure you images and files are all in lower case.
    I've also heard that there can be a difference between .htm and .html.
All the files on my server are htm.
