Would like a few comments on overall look/appeal/color combo of the site at
www.dreamscape.com/prpub1/grar3/index.html

This is a commercial site and as yet they have only asked for a new "look"
and I am still working on it.  The link therefore, don't work, and that is
not really what I'm worried about.  I just want to know particualarly if
anyone has older browsers, what type, load time, colors look ok, etc.

If you have the opportunity to send a print screen along with your specs
that would be greatly appreciated too.
