I always design two, one for IE4 and one for everybody else :)
In the case of this site, I need to crunch some numbers for different
positions depending on screen resolutions...it has to do with the visual
effects and i cant use dynamic positions :(
So...I will have to link to different style sheets dependant on your
resolution.
