Complex table layout is very accident-prone, and this page contains several
accidents.  There are also attributes and values used that do not exist
within the framework of HTML.  The string of characters following
"Count.cgi?" contains several ampersand characters.  If you'll replace them
with "&", then the functionality will be intact, and it will be correct.
Several images have no ALT attribute, which is required [for the HTML to be
correct, and so that those who cannot see will understand the, for them,
missing content].

Nice start, but you need to visit  http://validator.w3.org/  to get this
page up to speed.
